With an ever-expanding range of solutions coming to market,
Dell wanted to make solution propositions and information easily available to partners, business customers and end-users. It was important that often complex information was delivered in a way that was simple and easy on the eye while being as detailed as necessary, engaging and interactive, giving the reader control over the learning experience.



With IT decision-makers so time-constrained, we were tasked with producing highly relevant, concise and engaging content
for a series of vertical Solution Guides. To achieve this we consolidated all existing solution and product information
and then enriched it by conducting workshops.

These were undertaken with domain experts from Dell and customers from the relevant vertical segments to ensure that our messaging resonated with key stakeholders within each market.



The program started within the UK Healthcare segment and following early success has now spread across numerous verticals, across Europe and into the US.  The guides have directly contributed to building a pipeline of many millions.
